By purchasing from Luvi, you acknowledge that you are acquiring research materials and accept full responsibility for their handling and use in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are processed through our secure checkout. Payment methods include e-Transfer and Bitcoin. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to violate these terms.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Luvi ships within Canada. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the selected delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research-grade products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability
