Shipping Policy – LuviScience

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Payment is accepted via Interac e-Transfer only.
Shipping Within Canada
LuviScience ships to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders qualifying for free shipping (currently $250 CAD and above) are noted on our homepage and at checkout.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the destination province. Remote areas may require additional time.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions
All products are shipped as research materials for laboratory use only. Shipments are not made to PO boxes. A physical Canadian address is required.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, contact info@luviscience.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
