Research Material Sales
Due to the nature of research-grade products, all sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped, as handling and storage conditions cannot be guaranteed after delivery.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact info@luviscience.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional charge.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
